The 2% Buyer Rebate means we return part of the buyer agent’s commission to you, helping lower your closing costs. For example, on a $1,000,000 home, with a typical 3% commission, our 2% rebate would cover $20,000 of your closing costs. This rebate applies when the buyer agent fee is 2.5% or more. Wayber has a $5,000 minimum commission, and we return the remainder to your closing costs. For an $800k home in Seattle with a 2.5% commission, you'd receive $15,000 in savings.
Wayber offers a 1-year home warranty to cover maintenance, easing the transition into homeownership. Buyers can opt to share transaction data, allowing us to recommend preventative maintenance from our vetted contractor network. We also keep all clients updated on local real estate trends, even if they’re not actively buying or selling.
Your home will be listed on the MLS, ensuring it appears on major real estate sites like Zillow, Redfin, Realtor, Trulia, Coldwell Banker, and more.
Our Seller Flat Fee includes all traditional agent services: - Coordination with cleaners, stagers, photographers, and inspectors - Professional photography - MLS listing - Listing on major platforms (Zillow, Redfin, Coldwell Banker, Realtor, etc.) - Scheduling and coordination with buyers and their agents - NWMLS lockbox and showings - Open houses
Professional photography is included in our flat fee. However, larger expenses like staging aren’t covered by default, though we can discuss customized arrangements to fit your needs.
